One of the Haitian gentlemen that works at HOPE makes a mean vanilla ice cream (he also makes cinnamon, mango, chocolate, etc.). Today we broke out some cones and served up some ice cream to the girls. They all had a great time cooling off with the sweet treats. We ended up with soggy cones, sticky faces (and bodies for the little ones), and even a dog full of dropped scoops. But most of all, we enjoyed the shared giggles of the afternoon.
